Preliminary Information Form

Everything you need to know before ordering, on one page.

What this form is

The Distance Contracts Regulation requires a seller to give you certain information before you order. This page is that information. Ticking the box on the order form is your statement that you have read this page and the Distance Sales Contract.

The seller

The seller's registered name, address, tax and MERSİS details appear in the identity block below.

The goods and the price

The name, quantity and VAT-inclusive price of what you order appear on the order form and in the written confirmation sent afterwards.

The delivery charge depends on the volume of the goods and on the address; it is notified to you in writing, with its amount, when the order is confirmed. You are not obliged to confirm the order before you know it.

Payment

No card details are collected on this site and no payment is taken online. The order form is a request to purchase; payment is made by an agreed method after we confirm the order in writing.

Delivery

Products in the catalogue are sold and delivered within Türkiye only. Projects and bespoke work abroad fall outside this scope and are contracted separately.

The delivery period is stated per item in the written confirmation and in no case exceeds the statutory maximum of thirty days; where it must, that is stated separately in the confirmation and your agreement is taken.

Right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal applies to items marked "Selected" in the catalogue — that is, items we source rather than make — and runs for 14 days from delivery. Items marked "Made in our workshop" are manufactured to the consumer's own specification and therefore fall outside the right of withdrawal under the Distance Contracts Regulation; on those, dimensions, material and colour are confirmed in writing before the order is placed.

How to exercise the right, the conditions of return and who bears the cost are set out in full on the Returns and Withdrawal page.

Complaints

In a dispute you may apply, within the monetary thresholds, to the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts of your place of residence or of the place the transaction was made.
