Delivery and Shipping

The delivery period varies by item and is stated in writing when your order is confirmed. The statutory maximum is thirty days.

On workshop pieces the clock starts after the survey and after the design is signed off; the production programme is part of the written quotation.

Chandeliers, tables and chairs are volumetric freight, so we do not advertise a flat delivery charge. The amount is calculated from the volume and your address, and is given to you when the order is confirmed. You are not obliged to confirm before you know it.

Inspect the item while the carrier is there. Do not accept anything dented, broken or with a torn package, and have the carrier record it. Where damage is accepted without a record, the carrier cannot be held liable.

Workshop pieces are installed by our own team and that is included in the price. On selected items, installation — hanging a chandelier, for instance — is quoted separately on request.
