To assess your enquiry, prepare a quotation, fulfil your order and communicate with you about those things. A newsletter address is used for the newsletter and nothing else.

Your data is not used for profiling, automated decision-making or marketing segmentation, and it is not sold.

For delivery, the courier or haulier receives only the name, address and telephone number needed to deliver. Where there is a lawful demand, data is shared with the competent public authority. It goes to no other third party.

The hosting and email providers are technically able to access data; each is engaged as a processor under contract.

Under Article 11 you have the right to learn whether your data is processed and to request information about it; to learn the purpose and whether it is used accordingly; to know the third parties it has been transferred to at home or abroad; to have it corrected if incomplete or inaccurate; to have it erased or destroyed; to have those actions notified to the parties it was transferred to; to object to a result reached solely by automated analysis; and to claim compensation for loss caused by unlawful processing.

Our product sales are limited to Türkiye; enquiries about bespoke work and projects, however, we take from across Europe. Where a visitor in the European Union completes the brief form, their data is processed for the purposes described here and on the basis of GDPR Article 6(1)(b) — steps prior to entering a contract. Your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection can be exercised at the addresses above. Data is processed in Türkiye.
