From your call to installation
Four steps. At none of them are you asked to approve something that has not been decided.

Conversation and survey
We measure the room on site and listen to how you use it. It is free, and we offer an appointment within two working days.

3–7 days
Design and quotation
Drawings, material selection and a written quote. There is no limit on revisions, and nothing goes into production before you sign it off.

3–5 weeks
Manufacture
In our own workshop. Carcass, veneer and lacquer happen under one roof, and we send photographs as it goes.
- 04
1–3 days
Installation and handover
The team that surveyed it installs it. A snagging list is made at handover, and the job is not finished until it is closed.

Common questions
What people ask before they call
These are the questions we are asked most. The answers describe how we work — price, programme and payment are specific to a project and are itemised in the written quote.
- How is the price worked out?
- By three things: the run in metres, the material and the hardware. Two kitchens of identical size can differ twofold on front material and worktop stone alone, which is why we do not quote a room we have not seen. After the survey the scope is itemised and every line is explained. If a line is over budget we also write down what removing it does to the job.
- Should I tell you my budget?
- It makes your job easier if you do. Budget is not asked to constrain the design but to spend it in the right place: knowing whether the same money should go into front lacquer, worktop stone or the internal fit-out is the single most useful thing you can tell us. If you would rather not, we prepare two scopes instead and show you the difference.
- How long does it take?
- Four steps: survey, design and quotation, manufacture, installation. Manufacturing time depends on the scope and on lead times for the materials — stone and special veneers take longer than standard board. The programme is given as dates in the written quote, not as an estimate. If something threatens a date you hear about it the day it happens.
- What if I do not like the drawing?
- We change it. There is no limit on revisions and nothing you have not signed off goes into production. The design stage is the only stage where changing your mind is free — after manufacture the same change means material. That is why we do not hurry it.
